Home of Sound Festival

Home of Sound is more than just a festival; it’s a homecoming of South Africa’s next generation of musicians and the Gen-Z led publishing company backing them. As Kopton Music marks its 3rd year in business, we’re bringing you the best of our emerging and established talent in jazz, hip-hop and neo-soul with Kujenga, Internet Athi, Dusse Wavy and KhiweG as headliners. The “Home of Sound” festival is a celebration of who we are, how far we’ve come and why we started and we’d love to have you join us on the 29th of March at the Outlore Base!

Please note that that the venue is located on the 3rd floor and is only accessible via stairs. Unfortunately, there is no elevator or alternative access for people with mobility impairments. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and are committed to ensuring a welcoming experience for all our guests. Alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages will be sold at the event at the bar, so please do not bring any external drinks. No UNDER 18’s .
