This summer at Makers Landing, we’re turning up the heat with a season-long celebration of local flavour, creativity, and community. Join us for our Saturday Makers Summer Sessions — a vibrant line-up of hands-on cooking workshops and pop-up experiences led by some of South Africa’s most exciting food innovators.
On Saturday, 20 December, we welcome Strone Henry aka Kos Gangsta to the Makers Landing Demo Kitchen for a Yellowtail Baja Taco workshop where you’ll learn to make this flavourful dish guaranteed to elevate all your summer gatherings.
About Strone Henry
Strone Henry is a Cape Town–based chef-entrepreneur and the creative force behind Kos Gangsta, his way of showcasing bold street-food and pop-up dining concepts celebrated for it's flavour-driven, community-rooted approach. Known for his inventive comfort-food dishes and dynamic food experiences, Strone blends culinary skill with authentic storytelling, bringing an unmistakably local, contemporary flair to every plate he creates.
Yellowtail Baja Tacos with Kos Gangsta
