Hiking & Wellness day

This is not just a hike. This is a sacred practice of remembering—remembering that the land holds the blueprint of who we are, and our bodies hold the wisdom we've forgotten.

We'll walk nature trails, regulate through breathwork and yoga, and connect deeply through games and conversation. Light refreshments and fresh fruits provided.
