A sacred, spacious day to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to the truth beneath the noise of your life.
Embodying Truth is a guided one-day journey designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and remember the part of you that has never been lost. Through breathwork, movement, stillness, sound, teaching, and gentle inner work, you’ll be held in a safe space to soften, open, and meet yourself honestly.
A light, nourishing lunch is included to support grounding and mindful rest during the day.
This immersion is for anyone feeling the stirrings of change — or the quiet pull to come home to themselves again.
WHAT TO BRING

- Water bottle and water to stay hydrated
- Snacks if you get nibbly
ARRIVAL AND PARKING
Arrive by 8:30 to find your spot and settle in before the morning starts promptly at 9 am.
There are 8 parking bays available at the venue, once these are filled up safe parking with a car guard is available about 700m down the road.
