Dear sister

We warmly invite you to our first solo Dances of Universal Peace circle.

After one year apprenticeship, we are excited to finally have the blessing to offer this to our community.

Through prayerful dance & song,

we open a shared field of devotion —

a space where hearts soften,

bodies listen,

and the womb of creation awakens within us.

When the soul remembers its Source,

a holy rhythm moves through the body.

In this remembering,

we are already dancing.

Dances of Universal Peace (DUP)

Led by Nicky Silawu & Shirene Botes

Born within a Sufi container, DUP offer simple, meditative circle dances and songs drawn from the world’s spiritual traditions, inviting an embodied experience. — Through movement, voice, & shared rhythm, we enter a living prayer — fostering unity, inner peace, & heart connection. 

Sufi Zikr Songs

Iffet Rafeeq will be performing devotional prayers in Sufism using repetitive chanting & sacred poetry in remembrance of God. 

Traditional Sufi Zikr aims to purify the heart, create spiritual openings and connect the individual spirit to the Divine.

We are truly honoured to have Iffet bless our first circle with this rare and deeply held space of remembrance, inviting us into stillness, devotion, and the living pulse of divine presence.

No prior experience is needed --

just a willingness to arrive, listen, and be moved.

Dress code: White  (Or mostly white!)

Bring your own nesting material  | yoga mat, something soft to lie on.
