Connect with a wholesome, life-giving picnic followed by a deeply nurturing sound bath held in the pine grove* as the night sounds settle around us.
* Weather dependent - will be moved indoors in case of rain.
WHAT TO BRING
- Picnic blanket
- Small comforter/blanket (the immersive sound bath tends to drop core temperatures as we down regulate) and a pillow for comfort
- Water and water bottle for additional hydration as needed
ARRIVAL
NB SUGGESTED ARRIVAL: 5pm
Arrive sooner rather than later to find your spot and settle in.
There's a 500m walk from the parking lot at Casalinga Restaurant to the pine grove (just past Acrobranch).
Connect with friends on blankets from 5:15 pm onwards for the picnic.
Sound Bath will start at 6:30 pm.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
You can also turn this into a midweek stay at Casalinga Farm Stay (book directly with Casalinga) as a soft way to extend your exhale.
