• Explore your innovation context and direction
• Assess the resources available to you
• Clarify the constraints you work within
• Generate options that fit you - both small steps and bold ideas
• Identify feedback mechanisms to help you know whether you’re on track

Adapted from a full leadership workshop, this online session is suitable for individuals or small groups of two or three.
