Start the year with clarity, direction, and ideas you can trust
There's a moment, as we picture a new year, when we start to feel a sense of possibility and new beginnings.
What should I focus on? What should I build? What will matter most this year?
The hardest part of innovating is often knowing where to start when there are so many directions to explore. This workshop offers the pause and perspective you need to identify the niche that feels authentic - the one that plays to your strengths and fits your environment.
Innovation doesn’t start with a big idea: it starts with choosing the right place to begin.
