ABOUT
We are excited to invite you to our next ReStory Business session, which addresses a challenge that every leader faces daily: decision-making.
SESSION TOPIC: DECISION MAKING
Most of us intend to live well. We intend to lead wisely. We intend to make good choices. And yet, many leaders eventually look around at their lives, teams or organisations and wonder, How did we get here?
The uncomfortable truth is this: “Direction – not intention – determines our destination” (Andy Stanley). Our decisions, especially the small, repeated ones, quietly place us on paths that shape our future long before we realise it.
In this session, we will explore how the path we choose today is already determining the story we will live tomorrow. We will examine a model for wise decision-making that asks the Four Questions that every individual, team and organisation should be looking to answer:
Q1: Who are we?
Q2: Why do we exist?
Q3: Where are we headed?
Q4: How will we get there?
We will learn that oftentimes, the answer to the problem we are facing is not just “another solution” but a new direction.
So, if you sense a gap between where you are and where you hope to be, or if you want to lead with greater clarity, this session is for you. Join us as we take a deliberate step onto a better path.
