Festive Textures: Fabric Bauble Decorating Workshop - Hosted by Jozi Craft Club

Give your Christmas tree a touch of handmade charm!

Join us for Festive Textures, a relaxed and creative Fabric Bauble Decorating Workshop, where you’ll transform plain baubles into beautiful, textured ornaments using scraps of fabric, Mod Podge, and festive trimmings.

Using a technique similar to paper mâché, you’ll layer and seal soft fabric pieces over bauble bases, creating richly patterned, tactile surfaces. Once dry, we’ll finish them off with ribbons, trims, and little embellishments — each one a unique mini work of art.

It’s fun, sustainable, and a lovely way to add personality (and story!) to your Christmas décor.

Result: A set of handcrafted fabric-covered baubles — colourful, textured, and full of festive flair!

• 4 x bauble bases, fabrics, Mod Podge & materials

• Ribbons, trims, and decorative extras

• Brushes, tools, and creative guidance

(You’re welcome to bring any special fabric scraps you’d like to include!)

• Workshops require a minimum number of participants to go ahead. If minimum numbers aren’t met, you’ll be notified in advance and offered a refund or transfer to another date.
