The Forest Hills Beer Mile is back!

It may have arrived a little later than planned, but we promise—it’s been worth the wait, because this year’s edition is truly NEXT LEVEL.

How it works:

Team Event: Down a beer, run a 400m lap, and pass the “baton” to your teammate.

Solo Event: Feeling brave? Take on all four laps yourself—beer and all.

Entry Fee:

• R400 per team
• R400 per person for the Solo event

Dress Code:

Our theme this year is “Wet ’n Wild – Next Level.” Get creative! There will be spot prizes for the best dressed, so let your imagination run as wild as the course.

8. Participants agree to follow all event rules, safety instructions, and guidance from event officials. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
9. Liability Waiver:
10. By entering the event, participants waive any claim they may have against the organisers, sponsors, volunteers, and venue owners for any injury, loss, or damages that may arise.
11. Media Consent:
12. Participants grant the organisers permission to use event photos and videos, which may include their image, for marketing and promotional purposes.
13. Right to Cancel or Amend:
14. The organisers reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or amend the event due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond their control.
