Spend one or more days with Victor Prince on his five day Cape Camino journey from 16 - 20 November 2017.
Victor Prince, the author of The Camino Way: Lessons in Leadership from a Walk Across Spain (AMACOM, July 2017) is visiting South Africa on his tour for #TheCaminoWayBook and to walk the Cape Camino.
About his route:
Day 1: 'Mountain Shade' Rhodes Memorial to Constantia 16km. Meet at Rhodes Memorial at 8am. A guided route, along footpaths and under canopies of trees.
Day 2: 'Wine to Water' Constantia to Muizenberg 20km. Meet at Pastis Brasserie at 8:30am. A guided route, rich with sacred spaces and the community of Westlake.
Day 3: 'Whales Tale Labyrinth' Muizenberg to Simon's Town via Kalk Bay, Fish Hoek, Fynbos Labyrinth. 20km. A self guided route with Labyrinth caretaker Koos Burger to welcome you. R50 entrance at own expense.
Day 4: 'Cape Buchu' Simon's Town to Scarborough. 25km. A self guided route passing Cape Point gates, with fynbos thickets and wild animals like baboon and zebra.
Day 5: 'Lady Lighthouse' Scarborough to Noordhoek. 18km. A guided route mostly along the beach.
Ticket includes: Walking experience, passport, Slingsby Map, Cape Camino Buff
