Living with Fibromyalgia can make every day feel like a battle with pain, exhaustion, and not being believed. You’re not imagining it—and you’re not meant to do it alone. Join us for an expert-led launch event for women with Fibromyalgia who want support from a community that truly “gets it” and practical, research-backed strategies for mind, body, and daily life—not just another talk about pain control.
The FibroHub team of Helen Roome (Clinician & Pain coach), Cindy Aberdein (Health coach) and Kirstin Talbot (Life coach) will each present on the latest in living well with Fibromyalgia.

More on the presenters:
Helen - BSc(OT) / Prac. Dip. Labour Law / MAVP Prac. Theology / PG Dip. Int. Pain Mngmt.
Helen is a registered healthcare professional with nearly 30 years of experience supporting people with chronic health conditions, focusing on Fibromyalgia for the past decade. Her compassion deepened when close friends were diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and struggled with misinformation and stigmatization.
So, she founded a thriving in-person support group and pursued specialised clinical training. With a BSc Occupational Therapy and postgraduate studies in pain management and theology, Helen provides research-backed, holistic coaching for Fibromyalgia and trains other practitioners globally. She also authored the popular book “Your Pain Playbook”.
Cindy - MA (Psychology) / BSocSc (Nursing) / Honours (Psychology – Crisis and Trauma) / Dip. Health and Lifestyle Coaching (Registration UKIHCA)
Cindy is an internationally registered Health and Lifestyle Coach. Her journey with Fibromyalgia for over a decade, has shaped her passion for supporting women on their wellness paths. With a background in nursing, psychology, and trauma counselling, she deeply understands the challenges women face.
Drawing on her coaching expertise and lived experience, she helps women navigate Fibromyalgia, perimenopause, and menopause with compassion and collaboration. Cindy believes in empowering women to find ways to honour their unique journeys.
Kirstin - BA (Health Sciences and Social Services) in Psychological Counselling.
Kirstin is an internationally registered life coach and COMENSA member, dedicated to helping others thrive in ways unique to them.
Living with Fibromyalgia for 15 years, her journey to a proper diagnosis and effective support shaped her holistic approach to healing and self-development. With a degree in psychology and counselling, she has worked with neurodiverse individuals, authored a children’s book, and empowered others with lasting tools for change.
