This summer at Makers Landing, we’re turning up the heat with a season-long celebration of local flavour, creativity, and community. Join us for our Saturday Makers Summer Sessions — a vibrant line-up of hands-on cooking workshops and pop-up experiences led by some of South Africa’s most exciting food innovators.

On Saturday, 13 December, we welcome Khanya Mzongwana to the Makers Landing Residency for this season's must attend pop-up food experience


About Khanya

Khanya Mzongwana is a South African chef-trained food creative and stylist known for her soulful, contemporary approach to flavour and visual storytelling. Rooted in her Eastern Cape heritage, she brings warmth, authenticity, and bold creativity to her recipe development and editorial work, making her a standout voice in modern South African food culture.
