Hello Chintsa 2025 Summer Trail Run

Get ready to lace up and start the festive season on the scenic trails at Emerald Vale Farm! Join us for the 2025 Hello Chintsa Summer Trail Run where rolling hills, lush farmland and forest paths set the scene for an unforgettable outdoor adventure.

Distances:

• 5km – Fun Run for runners, walkers and families. Kids under 10 free but must be accompanied by an adult.

• 10km – Intermediate challenge with a mix of terrain

• 16km – A challenge for more seasoned hikers and runners

Online entries close 12 December 2025. Enter on race day at the event from 7:30am. (Race day entries incur a R50 surcharge)

Whether you're chasing a personal best or just soaking in the fresh coastal air, there's a route for every level of runner and walker. The trails weave through working farmlands, natural bush, and "gentle" climbs with sweeping views that are well worth the effort.

Registration: From 7:30

Start time: Staggered from 8am

Water tables: 2 water tables for the 10km and 16km and 1 water table for the 5km

Eco-Friendly Event: In support of sustainability, this is an environmentally conscious event. Runners are kindly asked to bring their own reusable cups or hydration packs, no single-use cups will be provided.

Post-Run Perks: After your run, relax and refuel at the award-winning Emerald Vale Brewery. Enjoy freshly brewed coffee, craft beer or ice tea, delicious food, and great company in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
