Mother City Meetup (February 2026)

Join our GAME DAY @ DURBANVILLE TOWN HALL

Off the back of our successful event in November 2025, Zarnia, MeepleVille and Board Game Bargains South Africa (BGBSA) are back!

Come meet some like-minded people, play some interesting games (and bring some of your own if you'd like), try out some locally produced games before they hit the shelves, and maybe even win some prizes!

Demos of some great games available and you're welcome to bring your own of course!

RoccoMammas will be stationed at the hall to take orders for delivery

A Mugg & Bean pop up coffee shop to keep all the caffeine addicts going with great cappuccinos and muffins

Down with Dough will have a stand with their delicious gluten free chocolate brownies

MeepleVille Tuckshop will be available with crisps, chocolates and such to keep you sustained

Seats are limited to 24, comprised of 6 TEAMS of 4 Puzzlers - R160pp - R380 per team (each team member needs to purchase a ticket)

Ticket price includes your discounted board game day entry and the puzzle goes home with the team once the event is over.

Please bring puzzle sorters/trays with you if needed - white mats will be on each table for building

• BOXES TO BE OPENED 10.15am
• BUILDING - 10.15 - 11.45 | 90mins to build a 500 Piece Puzzle
• FINAL SCORES - 12pm

Everyone builds the same puzzle at the same time - 90mins to see who will be the fastest, placing the most pieces per minute
