Experience a restorative sound journey immersed in nature’s tranquility. Surrounded by the natural harmonies of the forest, you’ll be guided through a meditative session featuring crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and voice. This unique experience invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

Time:

Arrive from 7:45am. We will start at 8:15am

What to Bring:

A yoga mat or blanket to lie on, something warm for comfort, water, and an open heart.

Location:

Our new venue is located at the Tokai Picnic Site on Tokai Road. This is SANParks land. We have permission to be here, and entry into this area is at your own risk.

Directions:

Please present your Quicket ticket at the guardhouse, where you’ll be directed to the lower section of the park on your left.

Find a parking space, then follow the white-marked signs/ trees to our new forest venue.

Arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy the short walk through the forest and to settle into the space.

Please Note:

This is an animal-free space, so no dogs allowed.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

No ticket, No entry... Make sure to have your ticket on hand.
