For more than a decade, Deluxe stood as Cape Town’s dedicated home of House music — a legendary corner at Long and Longmarket Street where a community of dancers, DJs, and true House lovers gathered week after week. Since opening in 2002, Deluxe became an institution, hosting iconic nights like Soul Revolution, Funky Buddha, Tiger Tunes, and One Foot in the Groove, and welcoming both local and international artists to its dancefloor.

This was a space that celebrated diversity, authenticity, and people who simply love House.

This year, we bring the spirit of Deluxe to a brand-new setting: Time Out Market Cape Town at the vibrant V&A Waterfront — a place where culture, flavour, and energy meet the backdrop of the ocean. Expect the same soul, the same electricity, now elevated in one of the city’s most iconic destinations.

And to honour the legacy properly, we’re bringing together some of the DJs who helped define those unforgettable Deluxe nights:
