They may not have titles or large platforms. They may not be in the spotlight. Yet every day they are present — listening, supporting, counselling, educating, and walking alongside those who feel unseen and unheard.

These are the champions who run support groups in their communities, who courageously share their own stories to help others heal, and who bring hope where there was once silence.

Now is the time to honour them.
