Floating Sound Healing Journey at G.A.I.A centre for Healing.

Join me for a 2-hour restorative sound healing session held in a tranquil EcoPool. You’ll receive 70 minutes of immersive sound healing, followed by time to enjoy the sauna, steam room, and oxygenated pool.

This experience is designed to soothe your nervous system, calm the mind, and help your body rebalance and rejuvenate. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished.

What to bring along-

• a small pillow
• a blanket
• your swimming costume and towel if you want to join us afterwards
• water bottle with water

Please arrive at 6:20pm for a prompt start at 6:30pm
