WHAT TO EXPECT:

Join renowned botanist and wild food enthusiast Rupert Koopman for an Fynbos Walk this spring. Nestled within the uniquely diverse fynbos flora of the Cape Point area, discover the region's geology, history, and explore the summer landscape. With Rupert's deep knowledge of the indigenous and endemic plant species, you’ll gain a fresh ecological perspective on the fynbos and flowers that inspire our Veld and Sea seasonal menus.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a foraging walk. This is an educational walk, exploring the intersection of plants and culture through Rupert's fantastic storytelling, weaving modern science and history into a fascinating tapestry of understanding.
