Your evening begins with a glass of bubbly on arrival, followed by five tasting tokens to explore a curated selection of sparkling wines and champagnes from the producers featured on the night. Prefer to go deeper? We’ll also have an exclusive Bubbly by the Glass list showcasing 50+ producers, ready for you to sip, discover, and celebrate your way.

From 22:30 to midnight, enjoy a spread of light bites, sliders, bao buns and party snacks — perfect for grazing between pours. As the night builds, our DJ keeps the mood lifted with live music, taking you from golden hour to a glittering midnight.

When the clock strikes twelve, we celebrate properly: champagne at midnight, a toast to new beginnings, and a room full of festive energy.
