We’re thrilled to invite you — one of our handpicked vendors — to join us for Market@theSheds: Summer in the City 2025!

Get ready for a weekend bursting with sunshine, creativity, and city energy as Pretoria comes alive from 5–6 December with music, art, fashion, food, and unforgettable vibes.

This year, all traders will trade on both Friday, 5 December and Saturday, 6 December — making it a full weekend of city rejuvenation!

Important Booking Details

Confirm Your Booking

You’ve been specially selected to join our Summer in the City lineup! Please confirm your stall booking soon — spaces are limited. All stall bookings and payments close Thursday 27 December.

Setup Times

Friday, 5 December: Setup from 08:00 – 10:30.

Trading starts promptly at 11:00.

Please be ready by 10:30 sharp — late arrivals after 10:00 will forfeit their space.

Registration

Upon arrival, register at the Market@theSheds Info Stall to collect your staff tags.

Artists: 1 tag

Designer stalls: 2 tags (including yourself)

Food traders: 4 tags (including yourself)

Extra tags can be purchased for R80 per member.

- Stall Setup

Each trader will receive a table or stall structure depending on your booking option.

Please bring your own chairs, décor, and tablecloth — creativity is part of the vibe!

- Electricity

Power is available, but please bring heavy-duty extension cords and plugs (no light-duty cables allowed).

- Outdoor Traders

Food and outdoor traders must bring their own gazebos.

- Trailers

If you’re trading from a trailer, please set up early on Friday morning to ensure smooth access and setup before trading begins.

- Drop-off & Parking

Drop-off: 399 Helen Joseph Street

Parking: 012 Central Parking, 216 Sisulu Street

- Food Traders

Please submit your valid Health & Safety Certificate and menu when confirming your booking.

We aim to showcase a variety of cuisines, so please confirm early.
