Event Rules & Entry Requirements

• Right of admission is strictly reserved.
• 18+ only. A valid, original government-issued ID (ID, passport, or driver’s licence) is required for entry. No copies, scans, or photos will be accepted.
• No entry after gate closing times. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
• No outside food, drinks, or liquids allowed inside the venue.
• Prohibited items include:
• Weapons, illegal substances, glass bottles, fireworks, drones, animals, hookahs/shishas, braais/skottels, plastic straws/cups, and cooler boxes.
• This is a cashless event — all major debit, credit, and cheque cards are accepted.
• afromyx is a space of respect, safety, and community.
• Any discrimination, hate speech, harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behaviour toward staff, performers, vendors, or guests will result in immediate removal.
• Wristbands must stay intact for the full event. Replacements will only be issued with the original band, valid ID, and ticket.
• No professional photography or videography equipment unless pre-approved through afromyx media accreditation.
• Re-entry is permitted, subject to full security screening and verification of ticket + wristband.

Health & Safety Protocols

Attendees must comply with any national or venue-specific health and safety regulations applicable at the time of the event. This may include temperature checks, mask protocols, or proof of vaccination if required by authorities. If you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to stay home for your safety and the safety of others.

REFUND POLICY

By purchasing a ticket to an afromyx event, you agree to the following:

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• Tickets may be transferred safely via the platform’s official ticket transfer system.
• If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
• If the event is cancelled by afromyx, you will receive either a refund or a ticket rollover option.
• Tickets may not be used for promotions, competitions, or giveaways without prior written approval from afromyx.
• Tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers may be invalid and will not be honoured.
• In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies, or government restrictions), afromyx will communicate all updates, postponements, or adjustments to the refund policy as required.
