This year, little explorers are invited to discover the Jingle Bell Academy, a whimsical world where Christmas spirit comes to life. From sparkling décor and joyful characters to hands-on festive activities, Santa Land is designed to delight children and families at every turn.

Your journey begins at the Academy gates, where young “trainees” receive a warm welcome from Santa’s helpers before moving through a series of charming holiday stations filled with fun, imagination, and photo-perfect moments. Each activity is crafted to inspire creativity, festive joy, and a sense of wonder.

The experience focuses on play, learning, and festive discovery, giving children a chance to earn their “Jingle Bell Badge” when they complete each magical station within the Academy.

What are the operating hours of Santa Land?

10-13, 15 - 21 and 22-23 December: 10am - 8pm, with last slots starting at 6.20pm

14 and 21 December (Sundays): 10am - 7pm, with last slots starting at 5.20pm

How long Does a slot last?

Each session last 1.5 hours

Is there an age limit? No, there is no age limit.

Is food available?

Yes, there is food available in the multiple food stalls throughout the mall and the Food Court. Fourways Mall boasts an ever growing selection of restaurants, including Nando's, Spur, Mugg & Bean, Rocomamas, John Dory, Ocean Basket and a full selection of fast-food offerings.

Late arrivals?

If you arrive late, you will only be allowed to join what remains of the session time booked.

Are cash payments available?

Santa Land is Cashless. Card payments only.

Can tickets be purchased at the mall?

We do have a ticket office located just outside Santa Land, where on site tickets can be purchased, but space is limited, so book now.

Free entry for infants under 12 months.

Important to note:

• Pictures with Santa and trinkets are not included in the Santa Land ticket price.
• All persons entering Santa Land must have a ticket and access band - access bands can be collected upon presentation of your ticket at the ticket office.
• Ticket refunds and rescheduling can only be done through Quicket.co.za
• To enjoy the full session, arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to allow for arm band collection.

No Shopping trolleys allowed inside the activation zones.

Children may not be left unattended and must be always accompanied by a parent or guardian.
