Art and Breathwork Workshop

An experiential deep-dive with art, breath, the process of making and the place from which we create. It connects the exhibition’s themes of impermanence, resilience, and creativity with a lived experience and creative process. The event includes engaging with the art, a breathwork session guided by Dr Ela Manga and a drawing process facilitated by Prof Kirti Ranchod.
