Please read the following carefully. By attending the event and/or purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all rules and understand that the event organizer reserves the right to change them at their discretion and right of admission is reserved.

General Information

• Age Requirement: Attendees must be 18 years or older.
• Prohibited Items: No alcohol or liquids purchased outside the venue, dangerous objects, or illegal substances are permitted inside the venue.
• Re-entry: Re-entry to the event requires a full security and ticket check each time you enter.
• Schedule Alterations: The event organizer reserves the right to alter, modify, or change the event program at its discretion.

Parking and Access

• Parking: Venue Parking is available to attendees
• Convenience: For easy and efficient access, designated Uber and drop-off zones are available outside the venue.

Safety and Emergencies

• Emergency Situations: Dedicated medical teams are stationed throughout the event grounds to provide immediate assistance if needed. Security officials are also present to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Liability and Risk

• Assumption of Risk: Attendees acknowledge and understand they attend the event at their own risk. This includes the risk of loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or personal injury.
• Disclaimer of Liability: Curated by Culture / Culture Management Group / AfroFuture / DC Talent Agency, the venue, its employees, volunteers, contracted workers, partners, sponsors, and brand/product affiliates, are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, personal injury, or death that may occur at the event. By entering the event, attendees waive any claims for liability against the event organizers, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and contracted workers.

Media Release

• Media Consent: By entering the event grounds, you grant the event permission to capture videos and photos of you during the event. These media assets may be used for post-event marketing purposes to promote future events and showcase the event experience.

Ticket Information

• Recommended Purchase Platform: We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets exclusively through Quicket's website.
• Ticket Gifting: You may gift your ticket to someone else if you can no longer attend the event.
• There are no Ticket Upgrades

Ticket Transfer: If transferring your ticket, you are responsible for ensuring the ticket is transferred to the new holder's name directly through your Quicket.co.za account. If the new ticket holder does not have a Quicket account, one will be created during the transfer. The organizers are not responsible for losses or fraudulent transactions between third parties

There will be a refund fee charged if you request a refund before the event has started.

• More than 30 days prior to the event
• 35% Refund Fee / 65% Refund
• Between 15 - 30 days prior to the event
• 65% Refund Fee. 35% Refund
