Acclaimed South African vocalist Maleh, celebrated for her captivating stage presence and genre-defying sound, is entering a bold new phase in her musical journey. Her upcoming single, “Dithapelo”, marks the beginning of an artistic and spiritual rebirth, offering audiences a more intimate and profound expression of her artistry.

Set for release this November, “Dithapelo” (meaning “Prayers”) is far more than just a song. It is a deeply personal reflection on faith, healing, and transformation. The track features Mzizi, a rising Mosotho artist, whose vibrant contribution perfectly complements Maleh’s soulful voice. Together, they weave a sound that fuses Afro-soul, Afro-pop, and gospel influences, creating a body of work that is both timeless and deeply influenced by her Basotho heritage.

To celebrate this powerful new chapter, Maleh will perform an exclusive pre-listening concert at Johannesburg’s iconic Untitled Basement on Thursday, 13 December 2025, where she will debut “Dithapelo” live, alongside selections from her forthcoming album of the same name.
