Threshold Circles: A Pause for Those Who Guide Others Through Change

ABOUT

A space for those who hold space for others.

You’re the person others turn to.

You listen, guide, steady, and support.

And in the quiet places of your own life, something is shifting too.

Threshold Circles are gently guided gatherings for leaders, coaches, facilitators, and change practitioners who find themselves in transition, even if they haven’t named it yet.

You may not call it a transition.

But perhaps you're standing at a threshold:

  • Between what no longer fits and what’s not yet formed
  • Between clarity and doubt
  • Between who you were and who you’re becoming

These moments often go unseen, especially for the ones who hold everyone else together.

Threshold Circles are here to change that.

What Happens in the Circle

A Threshold Circle is a 90-minute, softly held space where we:

  • Gather: arrive, breathe, and settle into presence
  • Reflect: explore a prompt, image, or question that helps us make meaning
  • Integrate: close with insight, gratitude, and a small honest next step

There are no slides.

No fixing.

No forced sharing.

Just a small group (maximum 9) and the spaciousness to show up truthfully. We will be using Zoom and link will be shared 24 hours before the circle starts.

You don’t need to prepare anything.

You don’t need a crisis to belong here.

You just need a willingness to pause.

You may leave with…

  • A clearer sense of where you are, not where you “should” be
  • Language for things you’ve felt but couldn’t yet articulate
  • A renewed connection to your voice, value, and direction
  • The reminder that you don’t have to hold it all alone

The Only Purpose

To give the person who usually holds the room…

a room that can hold them.
