This year, Summer Bash partners with Head Quarterz, celebrating 10 years of delivering Cape Town’s best nostalgic experiences.

To mark this milestone, HQ brings their iconic event — R&B Only Lunch — to the Winelands for the very first time.

R&B Only Lunch is Cape Town’s most loved 30+ sing-along experience, where guests enjoy timeless R&B classics from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. For one day only, Stellenbosch gets to experience that soulful magic with HQ’s resident DJs and hosts.

There is something for everyone:

• Main Floor (all ages) — high-energy, dance-friendly environment

• R&B Only Lunch Zone — relaxed picnic-style, old-school sing-alongs

• Kids’ Zone — safe fun for the little ones

• Kids under 13 get in free (one child per adult with a valid ticket).

• Kids must be supervised at all times.

• Gourmet food trucks available throughout the day.

Table package sections are assigned a dedicated waiter for that section, ensuring fast and efficient service.

• Bring a small umbrella, picnic blanket, or camp chair

• Bring sunscreen and stay hydrated

• No cooler boxes, outside food, or alcohol allowed

• No gazebos or large umbrellas

• No illegal substances or weapons

• No bad vibes — respect the venue, staff, and other guests

• Avoid bringing cash — multiple card machines will be available.
