A few things to know:- The event ends at 3AM. Overnight passes are sold out. All participants must have a plan for safely getting home at the end of the event.
- The names on each ticket must match the ticket holder's government-issued ID, as you will need to provide this at Gate. Bringing a copy of the ticket PDF on your cell phone or paper will speed up check-in but is not required.
- Cell phones numbers must not include dashes or brackets (eg: 2508675309). These may be used in addition to email to SMS important information to participants, but this will be using very sparingly.
- All ticket holders must agree to the waiver - if you are buying tickets for someone else please ask them to read the waiver on the PDF ticket.
- Tickets can be transferred at any time - there will be a link to transfer instructions in your confirmation email.
- Brave New Whirled is a participation required event: everyone involved in the event is a volunteer. After you've got your ticket, go fill out the volunteer application.
