Concept Overview
World Philosophy Day celebrates the enduring relevance of wisdom as a guide for human progress.
This year’s theme, “The Pyramid of Society in the Age of AI,” invites reflection on how the essential dimensions of our civilisation — Art, Science, Spirituality, and Politics — can remain balanced and humane as technology reshapes our world.
Inspired by Plato’s Republic, the dialogue re-imagines society as a living pyramid guided by Philosophy—the harmonising force that connects truth, justice, beauty, and goodness.
Event Format
A philosophical panel dialogue featuring Acropolitan philosophers who will explore how each aspect of society contributes to a just and integrated civilisation.

- Riaana Peck – Spirituality & Inner Development

Objectives
- To promote philosophical reflection as a tool for conscious citizenship and ethical innovation.
- To bring together educational, cultural, and civic institutions in a living dialogue on the future of society in the age of AI.
- To encourage young thinkers and community leaders to engage in values-based dialogue beyond disciplines or ideologies.
- To launch the 20 years celebrations of New Acropolis South Africa, dedicated to philosophy in action and civic harmony.
Invitation to Partners
We invite schools, universities, cultural organisations, and civil society groups to join us as part of the audience and dialogue circle — to listen, to share, and to enrich the collective reflection on how humanity can stay balanced amidst technological change.
This gathering offers an opportunity not only to witness philosophy in dialogue, but to participate in it — to learn, connect, and contribute to a vision of a wiser and more humane society.
Call to Action
“Change yourself to change the world.”
Each transformation in society begins with the transformation of the individual.
World Philosophy Day is an invitation to think deeply, act consciously, and build bridges between knowledge and virtue — together, shaping a future where humanity remains at the centre of innovation.
