Experience gentle stretching, rejuvenating breathing exercises with Laura (over 12 years of experience), uplifting psychology session by holder of Masters in Science in Psychology and Neuroscience in Mental Health (King's College London), and expert nutrition insights with Caroline Gillies, Registered Nutritionst. Indulge in delicious lunch at Hey Joe Restaurant and enjoy refreshing cocktails by Bangbroek—perfect for connecting and celebrating sisterhood. We have at least 5-7 local business to sponsor us with a little treat too.
