For more than a decade, Mantala has worked with children from diverse backgrounds—facilitating creative workshops, teaching music in pre-schools, guiding phonics reading therapy, and introducing mindful movements, breathwork, and meditation as tools for emotional well-being. Now a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, she shares mindful movement and breathwork with beginners.
