Novo Duo is a Cape Town–based saxophone and piano duo specialising in both classical and contemporary repertoire. Formed in 2021, the duo began when Josie McClure and Seung-Ree Lee discovered a shared passion for collaboration and for exploring the expressive possibilities between saxophone and piano.

In this 60-minute programme, Novo Duo invites you to experience a journey through sound, showcasing works that are rarely performed on South African stages. The concert features moments of easy listening alongside music of greater depth and complexity, all highlighting the unique and expressive blend of saxophone and piano.
