An Evening of Soul, Poetry, and Song in the Vineyards of Tulbagh

Settle in for a golden-hour concert with Angelah Stuurman — an artist known for her rich, expressive voice and easy connection with the audience. In this intimate Manley performance, Angelah weaves soulful originals with reimagined classics, moving effortlessly from gentle, acoustic moments to songs that invite you to sway along. Pair the music with a glass (or two) of our Manley wines and light bites from The Taste as the sun dips behind the Witzenberg mountains. About the Artist

Born in Cape Town and raised by a single mother, Angelah Stuurman discovered her gift for music and poetry at a young age. By eight, she had joined the school choir; by nine, she was composing songs on her first guitar. Her passion has since carried her onto some of the Mother City’s most iconic stages — including Radisson Red Rooftop, Quay Four, Mojo Market, and Rupert Museum — captivating audiences with her soulful blend of opera, folk, and contemporary soundscapes.

Her 2017 album Human and 2018 single Hold On (recorded in collaboration with Zane and Walter Spearheart) celebrate unity and resilience, echoing her mission to use music as a force for connection.
