Black Rose Concepts a female owned company based in Cape Town. Founder, Bongiwe Mosele-Magampa will be hosting a self-defence class for a group of women on Saturday 29^th November. Limited space available.

During this power packed 90-minute hands-on session, you will learn valuable self-defence skills by a qualified Krav-Maga instructor Frank Lebert from Krav-Maga Africa [IKMF Certified Civilian & Law Enforcement] which you can apply in any violent or dangerous situations in the future. This is your chance to be prepared, get confident and empowered in a safe space.

GBV is still a rampant concern in South Africa, that affects many women and children. This is our way of making a small difference in our community by empowering women to take their power back and own their narrative from being a victim to a warrior within.

Following the class, you will enjoy a healthy post work out drink while you mingle and share stories with other empowered warriors.

There will also be a FAB goodie bag filled with a few awesome local brands' treasures to take home as well as a lucky draw!

The estimated duration of the entire event will be 2 hours.

This event is open to women of all ages and fitness levels. Remember to bring your exercise mat, water bottle and a fighting spirit.
