Teachers dream of changing lives but a lot can go wrong. Let us explain how school ecosystems REALLY work. From parents to policy, courage to classrooms, we give you the info to stay sane, manage learners, teach with excellence - and most importantly, protect yourself. Learn strategies to ease workflow, ensure discipline and thrive with colleagues.

Knowledge IS power!

This workshop gives you community, connection, positivity and purpose, combined with concrete steps and critical information.

What's included? All materials and refreshments, certificate of attendance, expert facilitation, a lovely venue. You only need to arrive in comfy clothes and bring a smile! No devices needed. This workshop is in-person, in Johannesburg, hosted by veteran teachers with years of teaching, leadership & legislative acumen.

Teaching is HARD! You'll learn about: class control, teacher rights, 'in loco parentis', lesson plans, ethics in teaching, communication with parents, mental health, codes of conduct, diversity and inclusion, time management - and more.
