Meet your speaker – Daniel Kazadi

Daniel Kazadi is an Accounting graduate from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) with a strong passion for real estate investment and development. He specializes in single- and multi-family unit developments, as well as commercial properties, with extensive experience in property investment consulting, portfolio optimization, and project coordination.

Over his career, Daniel has successfully led multidisciplinary teams to deliver real estate projects—from greenfield developments to brownfield redevelopments—covering the full project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design, procurement, and construction management.

At SAPIN, he has worked closely with property investors and developers to transform underperforming assets into profitable investments by reducing expenses, increasing income, and implementing strategic action plans. His work also includes conducting feasibility studies, due diligence, structuring deals, and sourcing financing for investors.
