ABOUT
Join us for a 2-hour breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with the natural power of your own breath — bringing release, clarity, and inner balance.
Guided by Ingrid van ’t Hof of BalanceMatters.life and hosted by Nabeela Laher Physiotherapy, this workshop offers a safe and accessible space to slow down, tune in, and awaken your body’s innate capacity for calm and healing.
Through gentle guidance, you’ll learn how conscious breathing can:
- Soothe the nervous system and reduce tension
- Release stored emotion and mental clutter
- Improve focus, vitality, and energy flow
- Reconnect you to a sense of ease and inner stillness
Whether you’re new to breathwork or seeking to deepen your practice, this session offers practical tools you can integrate into everyday life.
