By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

• Entry is 18+ only. Physical ID is required. Digital copies, screenshots, or photocopies will not be accepted.

• Right of admission is strictly reserved. Entry may be denied at the discretion of the organisers or venue staff.

• Prohibited items and activities: illegal substances, weapons, cooler boxes, outside food or alcohol, hookah pipes.

• No song requests. The DJs will curate the music journey; all attendees must respect the set and the DJs' allocated creative space. Non-cooperation can result in removal from the event.

• Attendees must respect all staff, artists, equipment, and fellow guests. Aggressive behaviour, harassment, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.

• No professional cameras, recording equipment, or livestreaming without prior written permission from the organisers.

• The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to your likeness being used in promotional material for House It, Bru and affiliated partners.

• Safe parking is available at your own discretion; organisers are not liable for any theft, damage, or loss.

• Final authority on all matters at the event rests with House It, Bru team members, security staff & The Rooftop Grill & Bar staff. Their decisions regarding entry, behaviour, safety, or event flow are final and must be respected.

• By attending, you agree that the organisers, venue, and staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property or person during the event.

• Attendees are expected to enjoy responsibly, respect the community, and take responsibility for their own actions.

TICKET PURCHASE, RESALE AND REFUND POLICY

All tickets for House It, Bru are sold exclusively through our official ticketing partner, Quicket.

We do not authorise or support the resale of tickets through third parties, private sellers, or unofficial platforms.

If you purchase a ticket from any source other than Quicket, you do so entirely at your own risk. We cannot verify resale tickets and cannot guarantee entry with tickets obtained outside official channels.

House It, Bru will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, fraud, scams, duplicated tickets, or invalid tickets resulting from private resales or unofficial purchases.

No refunds.

All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, refunds, exchanges, or transfers will not be issued for any reason, including change of plans, late arrival, or tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers.

To avoid disappointment, always purchase your ticket directly through Quicket only.
