Walk in Solidarity this World Ostomy Day

On Saturday, 4 October 2025, join CANSA and the SkirtgirlHiker Foundation for special hikes / walks in:

uMhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve (KZN)

Kloofendal Nature Reserve, Roodepoort (Gauteng)

Cecilia Forest – Constantia, Cape Town (WC)

Together we’ll raise awareness, break the stigma, and show support for the 60,000+ South Africans living with a stoma.

These events are free and open to all – patients, caregivers, healthcare workers, and community members.

Wear green and blue to show your support!

Bring your picnic blankets and refreshments for afterwards - CANSA staff and fellow ostomates will be available to chat to.
