How do global execution patterns translate into local startup success? Join Princy Dhupar, Director and Global Partnerships Head at Ditstek Innovations, for a session on turning complex ideas into clear, scalable products. With 15+ years across the USA, UK, South Africa, Japan, and the Middle East, Princy has helped founders and teams modernize legacy systems with AI, build compliant healthcare platforms, and deliver IoT solutions that actually work in the field.
Who should come
- Startup founders validating product ideas or building MVPs
- SMEs scaling fast and looking to stabilize delivery

SPEAKER
Princy Dhupar is the Director and Global Partnerships Head at Ditstek Innovations. She works at the intersection of client vision, product delivery, and business strategy — helping startups and SMEs bring complex ideas to life through well-executed technology.
With over 15 years of experience across the USA, South Africa, the UK, Japan, and the Middle East, Princy has partnered with businesses in healthcare, AI, workflow automation, IoT, and SaaS. She plays a hands-on role throughout the customer journey — from early-stage scoping to go-live stabilization — ensuring that delivery is not only about working code, but also about business clarity, stakeholder trust, and long-term product growth.
At Ditstek, she shapes how projects are pitched, planned, and delivered. She engages with founders, product teams, and internal developers to ensure every build has purpose — whether it involves augmenting legacy systems with AI, creating compliant healthcare platforms, or setting up IoT asset tracking systems that perform in the field.
Princy is especially focused on execution patterns that reduce chaos: one-page specs, scope slicing, predictable release cadences, and templates that simplify collaboration across time zones and team sizes. For her, every engagement is a partnership — and every product should reflect that clarity and care.
