THE SECOND COMING

The end is nigh. A seven-headed dragon circles the skies. The world is aflame. Sinners run for cover as the heavens open. And the Church of the Purged World waits upon their Saviour. Hiding out in the ruins of a convent, Richard, Susanna, Ashe-Leighe, Jan and Ted need only look forward to their salvation while following the decrees and heavenly visions of Pope Innocence. The commandment above all commandments: the doors of the church are never to be opened. For anyone or anything. Ever. At all. Forever. The congregation maintains a tentative order, happy to wait out the Day of Judgement in isolation. That is, until something knocks on the door, begging to be let in.
