The Drone Racing Africa Drone Build Course offers drone enthusiasts affordable access to the competitive world of drone racing. The course incorporates basic circuitry theory and teaches you how to safely build and configure your racing drone. After completing the course, you will leave with your completed racing drone and everything you need to start racing!

The course runs over two days, each consisting of a 6 hour session.

Session 1: (6 hours) Saturday 9am - 3pm

Session 2: (6 hours) Sunday 9am - 3pm

• Build Process
• Betaflight Configuration
• Tuning/Programming
• How a Drone Works
• Testing and Troubleshooting

• Transmitter
• FPV Diversity Goggles
• Racing drone
• LIPO battery x 2
• 3S LIPO charger
• 10 spare props

R6,950 including VAT

• Equipment needed to build the drone.
• A high-performance racing drone kit (controller; FPV goggles; 2 x batteries; battery charger; racing drone; 10 x spare propellers)
• Hands-on instruction from an experienced drone builder
• Testing of equipment from the instructor
• Snacks and refreshments included
