It is sunlight spilling through the cracks , bright flowers blooming , warm tea shared with kindred spirits, and the joy of finding yourself among souls who are honoured to hold space for you , believe in softness , healing , and the quiet power of community.
for this september gathering we will be holding space for a morning that is more than just movement . a morning that is a love letter to your body, your breath, your mind, and your spirit .
a gentle reminder that rest is sacred , that you are allowed to pause , that healing can feel like sunlight on skin , and that your presence — exactly as you are — is enough .
through guided meditation, beginner-friendly yoga, and intentional rest, we will breathe together, move together, and remember together .
