Straight Talk: (Peri)menopause 101
If there is one topic that has exploded online in the past year, it's (peri)menopause. Unfortunately, along with a welcome increase in visibility of issues affecting women's health, this has also lead to an explosion of medical misinformation that sows distrust and confusion.
This event is all about cutting through the noise with a candid, evidence-based discussion guided by experienced medical and fitness experts. Find out what to expect in perimenopause and the menopause transition and address the stigma often associated with this stage of life. Together, we hope to create a positive, open dialogue free of ay shame or commercial agenda.
Our panel features Dr Lynelle Kenneth (Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist), Delia Flisberg (Fitness instructor & Psychological Counsellor), and is moderated by Tamsin Ranger.
