Pinotage 100 Celebration masterclass with Beyerskloof - Father and son, Beyers and Anri Truter will have you all ears (and lips). A welcome drink, followed by a curated 5 - course paired menu, each with a different Pinotage of the current vintage and an older one - specially from the farm's secret cellar, not even available to acquire.

Arrival butler style Canapes:
- Seared tuna, lemon and garlic confit puree, crisp fried onion
- Prawn toastie, yuzu mayo and toasted sesame seeds

2. Beyerskloof Pinotage Rosé 2025 & 2021
Soy marinated salmon tartare, shaved radish, cherry compote, fresh cherries, toasted nori
3. Beyerskloof Pinotage 2024 & 2019
12 hour slow roast wood fired pork belly, bell pepper, calamata olive and courgette ragout, smoked paprika bouillon, paprika oil
4. Beyerskloof Kriekbult Pinotage 2022 & 2020
Pulled duck confit, curried butter cream sauce, pappardelle pasta, sage crisps, parmesan cheese
5. Beyerskloof Diesel Pinotage 2023 & 2017
Roast beef fillet, Madagascan green peppercorn sauce, charred asparagus
