Spend a leisurely afternoon in the beautiful gardens of The Cellars-Hohenort, surrounded by the elegance of summer and the charm of Constantia wines.

Six celebrated farms from our valley will present hand-picked wines, perfectly paired with a taste of our new summer menu.

The Conservatory’s talented chefs will serve up fresh seasonal bites — from West Coast oysters with jalapeño vinaigrette to seared-salmon tataki, steak tartare and seafood paella arancini — each paired with a different estate’s wine. And to finish, sweet pairings like berry pavlova and baked lemon curd with honeycomb ganache and coconut ice cream.

Your ticket includes a tasting glass, a variety of wines from renowned Constantia estates, and seasonal bites designed to enhance the experience.
