Straight from sea to Swartland — join us at Kokos Huis for a convivial three-course seafood feast inspired by the bold, honest flavours of the Cape West Coast. Served family-style, each dish captures the rustic charm of the region, perfectly paired with wines from Intellego, Swerwer, Zwartwater, Babylon’s Peak, and Wightman & Sons.
Start with a Seacuterie Board of smoked angelfish pâté, bokkom butter, local tinned fish with artisanal pickles, and Swartland olives. Move on to the Weskus Seekos spread — plump Saldanha Bay mussels in garlic, cream, and white wine, accompanied by roosterkoek, alongside smoky braaied snoek with apricot, paprika, and garlic, paired with sweet potato dauphinois and a refreshing tomato & fennel panzanella. End on a sweet note with a playful “Skuimpies” pavlova, layered with Sandveld rooibos and rowweskil lemon curd.
