Secret Sunrise & Sunset sessions aren’t your average dance party; they’re a sober rave for the soul.

Whether the sun’s rising or setting, this is where freedom lives.

You’ll be guided by our facilitators through a unique blend of movement, play, dance, and mindfulness, all synced to a curated soundtrack that lifts you all the way up.

It’s part workout, part meditation, part music-fuelled joy explosion.

No booze. No judgment. Just good humans, good tunes, and the courage to let go.

Each month brings a new theme, a new playlist, and a community ready to move from the inside out.

This month, we’re turning the volume up for ROCKTOBER! Come dressed to express, dance to release, and leave buzzing with that post-rave glow.
